Our roots run through the post office, FedEx, hospital networks, medical clinics, and even the world of cab service, where timing, trust, and human connection matter more than anything. We grew up watching how things move and what happens when they don’t. We saw the pressure on lab techs waiting for specimens, the urgency behind a nurse needing medication delivered now, and the frustration when critical deliveries were treated like just another gig.
Over the years, we watched the industry shift.
Professional couriers were replaced by gig drivers.
